The Kent State senior posted rounds of 66-73-73 to take medalist honors and lead the Golden Flashes to the Lady Northern Invitational team title. Playing Penn State’s par-72, 6,288-yard Blue Course, Meixner’s 4-under total was good for a three-shot victory. Her opening round 6-under 66 set a new course record, beating the previous mark of 68 held by former Penn State and current LPGA member Katie Futcher.
