Yuri Otsuka, of Chiba Japan, shot 3-over 147 (77-70) at Port Royal Golf Club in Hilton Head Island, S.C., to win the the International Junior Golf Tour event by two shots.
Otsuka, 17, birdied two of her last four holes on her way to the win. She has three other victories in IJGT events in the 2009-10 season.
