Here’s where some of the Class of 2010’s best are headed:
• Corey Whitsett, 2008 U.S. Junior champ, and Bobby Wyatt, winner of the Junior Players Championship, are headed to Alabama.
• Yaroslav Merkulov, No. 3 in the Class of 2010, and Austin Cody, No. 6, are going to Duke.
• U.S. Amateur champ Byeong-hun An is off to UC Berkeley.
• Last year’s Polo Golf Junior champ Patrick Winther signed with Oklahoma State.
• On the girls’ side, Ani Gulugian, Golfweek’s top-ranked junior, is headed to UCLA.
• Back-to-back Golfweek Junior Invitational champ Stephanie Meadow is off to Alabama.
• Rachel Morris, No. 5, is off to USC.

The Cardinal, No. 2 in the Golfweek/Sagarin College Rankings, closed in 8-under 352 to finish at 24-under 1,056 and win the team title by three shots over top-ranked Oklahoma State at the at the Gifford Collegiate at CordeValle.

Player of the week: Tyler Raber, UC Davis
The Aggies sophomore tied a school record with a second-roud 63 en route to his first career victory and led UC Davis to the team title.

Player of the Week: Bud Cauley, Alabama
The sophomore shot 69-70-72 at the Isleworth Collegiate to win by a shot over Stanford’s Sihwan Kim. Cauley was the only player to shoot par or better in all three rounds.
Team of the Week: Oklahoma State
With four players finishing in the top 25, the Cowboys defeated a strong field at the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational, winning for the second time in three starts this fall.
Northwestern’s Chun in the hunt at Asian Am
